Every Natal Journal is printed to order from your unique birth chart. Here’s what to expect from checkout to delivery — and what to do if something isn’t right.
How shipping works
Shipping is free worldwide on every order. Once your journal is printed, it ships directly to the address provided at checkout with tracking included.
Production & delivery timeline
- Production: 3–5 business days after your order is placed
- United States: 7–10 days total from order date
- International: 10–18 days total from order date
Timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your journal is on its way.
International orders
We ship to most countries worldwide at no additional shipping cost. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by local customs authorities.
Gift orders
Natal Journal makes a deeply personal gift. You can order using the recipient’s birth date, time (if known), and location — we can ship directly to them. Include a gift note in your order email to hello@nataljournal.com after checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
14-day satisfaction guarantee
We want your journal to feel like it was written for you — because it was. If it doesn’t resonate within 14 days of delivery, contact us at hello@nataljournal.com and we’ll make it right. No questions asked.
Because each journal is custom-generated from your birth chart, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind after the 14-day window. We’ll work with you on a case-by-case basis for any issues that arise outside this period.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your journal arrives damaged or with a printing error, email us at hello@nataljournal.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Order changes & cancellations
Because journals are generated immediately after purchase, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to update birth details or cancel.
